After you place your order, A copy of the design will be sent for your approval plus an approximate ship date, you must approve the design so that embroidery can begin

Personalization takes approximately 2 to 7 days depending on the time of year

​

The embroidery area for most cases is about 18" long by almost 3 inches tall 

The black poly/canvas case has a larger embroidery area

Most cases are shipped USPS priority mail with tracking information.
